Business Challenge
A mobility provider is faced with the challenge of automating the creation of brochures to accompany the offers. The offers are entered in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales module. Each offer also includes a brochure: an individual word document of approx. 150 pages. This document is to be generated automatically depending on the products offered. up to now, this has been done manually.
Solution
The following technologies were used: At the heart of the project was Microsoft Power Automate. Power Automate is perfect for streamlining and executing repetitive tasks automatically. It therefore allows the customer to focus on value-adding things again.
