A mobility provider is faced with the challenge of automating the creation of brochures to accompany the offers. The offers are entered in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales module. Each offer also includes a brochure: an individual word document of approx. 150 pages. This document is to be generated automatically depending on the products offered. up to now, this has been done manually.
At the heart of the project was Microsoft Power Automate. Power Automate is perfect for streamlining and executing repetitive tasks automatically. Power Automate can trigger workflows based on specific events in D365 Sales, like creating follow-up tasks after a deal is closed or sending personalized emails to clients after meetings. Additionally, it can streamline data flow between D365 Sales and other applications, ensuring up-to-date and synchronized information across platforms. It therefore allows the customer to focus on value-adding things again.
