Microsoft Teams & Teams Chat

We use Microsoft Teams for internal and external communication. Teams collects data such as user identity, device information, usage data, and content created within Teams. Zoom

WhatsApp

We use WhatsApp for internal team communication and customer service. WhatsApp collects data such as phone numbers, message content, and interaction data.
